Raise your hand if you like mojitos! This week’s Hump Day recipe is my favorite so far yet, people. And because my friend broke out into a chorus of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang after drinking this fabulous cocktail, I have decided to call it The Cherry Cherry Bang Bang Mojito. You’re dying to try it now, aren’t you?
In a large cocktail glass, muddle the mint with the back of a wooden spoon to your desired taste. (If you prefer it to be mild, muddle it less, if you want it to be stronger, muddle it more.) Next, add ice and pour in 2 ounces of rum and 2 ounces of mojito mix. Top with a 2-count of the lemon lime or club soda and stir. Finally, add the garnish – cherries, lime or some more mint so they can look pretty as they merrily float around in the loveliness. Enjoy this refreshing cocktail on a hot summer evening, at a barbeque with good friends.
